Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at kiltboxshop@gmail.com . We will respond within 24 hours with the required instructions particular to your case. You can then return the product back to our factory (full address will be provided via email). 

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for a return.

Note: The exception to this is goods made or ordered to your personal requirements or specifications (e.g. a Kilt, Skirt, Jacket, Waistcoat, pair of Trousers etc. made to your own specific measurements items are non-refundable but in case you face any issues you can exchange them with a different item by paying a nominal fee depending upon the item you will select. In this case, you will also keep the custom-made item as it will be of no use to us. - Custom items Means The Item made as per your Specific Size Like Chest - Waist - Length and Color

 

We Accept Returns & Refunds Under Following Circumstances:

- We are responsible for a complete return or exchange whichever option you would prefer in case the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect parcel. We will also cover the shipping cost. 

- If you change your mind and no longer needed our product then you can return the product but you will need to cover the shipment cost. (Except Custom Made Items)

- If you don't like the product and want to have another product with a similar value then we will send you that another product and Customer Will cover the Shipping Cost

- if you did not like the product and do not want to have a replacement for it then simply return the product back to us at the given address via email and we will refund your amount excluding shipping cost. (Except Custom Made Items)

Wrong Product Received 
We will resend the correct parcel and will cover the shipping cost 

Parcel Not Delivered
If you don't receive the item within two or Three weeks of time then contact us so we can investigate your case with our courier service and identify the reasons for the delay and then dispatch a new parcel

Cancellation During Shipment
It won't be possible to cancel the order while the order is in the shipment process. However, you can cancel the order at the time of delivery by courier services or you can return it by your own means. 

Time Frame in which We Accept Returns
You need to return the product within 30 days after Dispatching the Item From Our Side

When You Can Expect The Return Amount:
The complete refund process will take normally around 15-30 working days from the confirmation date of the refund  

Payment & Refund Method
For your security purposes, refunds will be transferred back to the original mode of payment that you used at the time of placing the order

 

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-returnable unless you received a defective or wrong product.
